Mike was having issues with his driveway sinking and pulling away from his home. Voids had become apparent under the concrete slabs, causing them to sink and pull away from the home, leaving 2 inch gaps between the driveway and home’s foundation. Injecting PolyLevel under the concrete slabs allows for the void to fill and lift the concrete back up against the home. PolyLevel provides an accurate lift with a permanent solution for stable concrete.
Homeowner Shelly has lived in her early 2000’s home since it was a new build in the neighborhood. She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about the PolyLevel service that we offer. PolyLevel is foam that is injected under your concrete slabs. The foam fills the void under the slab that then lifts and levels it back into place. Homeowner Kelly and Justin recently contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems when they were interested in learning more about the PolyLevel services that we offer. PolyLevel is a foam that fills the void under the concrete slab. The foam expands and hardens under the slab, as the foam expands the slab is lifted and then it is sealed. they had PolyFoam injected under the labs around their pool.
Barb was having issues with her driveway sinking, and some areas even cracking under the weight. Water would begin to puddle in areas of the driveway after rainfalls. She reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have mudjacking, but provided her with a longer-lasting solution. PolyLevel uses the same techniques as mudjacking, but with greater results. Small 5/8th inch holes are drilled into the concrete to inject the PolyLevel. PolyLevel then fills the voids and expands to lift and level the concrete. The material stabilizes the concrete, offering a longer lasting solution. Appling a NexusPro Joint Sealant to all the cracks seals off the area, diverting the water away from the driveway and ground underneath the slabs. The sealant also helps reduce the appearance of the cracks that have been created, making the driveway look new.
