Homeowners in Strawberry Point, IA were tired of their problematic basement and the headache that it caused them. They called MidAmerica GBasement Systems to help them with the goals they had for this space. 

Emma and Howard called MidAmerica Basement Systems because they had water coming into their basement. After meeting with Bryan Nachazel, a custom solution was designed using their existing sump pump system. Bryan recommended installing a sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, to keep the basement dry. The basement is no longer damp, and Emma and Howard are very happy. 

Homeowner Wayne has lived in his 1980's home since it was built. He was interested in PolyLevel technology that  MidAmerica Basement Systems offers. They wanted the project to be completed quickly and done with care. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slab and lifts and levels. The PolyLevel and hardens and expands under the slab to bring it back to its former place. 

Monona, IA residents, Susan and Terry O. own a home that was built in 1909. Their old basement had water coming in through the floor and wall joints, so they met with MidAmerica Basement Systems' design specialist Mac McDaniel. Mac designed a custom solution for Susan ad Terry to waterproof their basement, and increase the health of the home. Now, they are looking forward to a dry basement for many years to come. 

Nathan's home in Monona, IA had a mold issue from his leaking basement. He made a call to MidAmeria Basement Systems to have his basement waterproofed to help prevent more mold from forming. The experts installed WaterGuard, a below floor drainage system, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to discharge any water that enters the basement. Now that water doesn’t dampen the walls and floor anymore, more mold shouldn't grow in Nathan's basement! Nathan can now finally relax and know his basement won't be wet.
