Small holes were drilled into the concrete, and injected with PolyLevel to fill the voids that had caused the driveway to originally sink. Once the voids were filled, the PolyLevel expanded to lift to concrete to its original height. Tom now has a smooth transition to his garage, rather than a 2inch bump.
