                                When it comes to taking care of wet basement problems, your company knows what it is doing.  My wet basement problem started 10 years ago and continued to get to be a bigger problem until I knew I needed to call a waterproofing company.  Chris told me that my drainage systems was clogging and not able to get the leaking water to the sump pump as fast as it once did and he was right.  Some parts were nearly completely clogged and in those areas the basement was the wetest.  I have been dry the rest of the Spring so a big thank you to your company.

The entire experience with your company was very good.  Matt did a very good job explaining why my basement was leaking. And when the worker did their job they showed me exactly what Matt told me.  Seeing the water come in under the wall and across the footer was amazing.  Its been a week of more rain and my basement is dry!
