PolyLevel in St. Louis, Missouri

Customer, Gary of St. Louis, Missouri experienced cracks and sinking concrete slabs in his driveway. That can can be a tripping hazard and/or cause damage to vehicles. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris A., found that PolyLeveling would work for the job.

Foreman, Bryan N. installed the PolyLevel. It is a high density polyurethane formula that permanently lifts and stabilizes concrete slabs. First,  small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then, the polymer is injected and the hole are covered up with cement. The concrete can be used within 15 minutes, so there's no long wait for it to settle.

Now, Gary M. has a safe, usable driveway. 

Cracking Concrete Floor Repaired in Saint Louis, MO

A concrete floor was settling in a Saint Louis, MO basement causing the slab to crack and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. First, small holes are drilled into the concrete, then the polymer is injected into the void and cement covers the holes. Within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.

Kirkwood, MO Porch Lifted with PolyLevel

Kirkwood, Missouri homeowner Tom had a porch that was settling quickly. This caused him worry about the other damage it was doing to his home. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke K. developed the plan for him. 

Foreman Mason and his crew injected PolyLevel under the porch. The PolyLevel is injected through holes smaller than a penny and will set in just a couple of hours. The light-weight, eco-friendly, wash-out free expanding foam is perfect for concrete lifting jobs.
