The person that came out to do the estimate, Judd Hagler, came out earlier than they typically start work to do my estimate on the 5th of July. I was impressed by that. The two guys that came here to do the work on July 14, Chis and Chad, also showed up early. They are proficient, informative, and answered any question I asked while working. Judd earned my business by arriving early, Chris and Chad arrived early and earned any future business I may have. I’d recommend them to anybody that asks.

Chad was friendly and professional. Explained the process, went through the completed work, told us when the area could be used again. He also provided recommendations on water drainage that would prevent further eroding of the ground in the repair area. The completed project looks great and exceeded expectations. Just wanted to let you know that we are more than pleased with the job Jason and his crew did on our condo. They were professional, prompt, and neat. My husband and I noticed some vertical cracks on the outside stucco of our home. We just wanted to check and make sure they were normal, so we called LRE after reading Google reviews and BBB, both of which has great ratings. Tyler Harman came out today to assess the situation. We were pleased with everything! First, he texted us in advance of his arrival time and showed up promptly. Having 15 years in the business, 10 of them with LRE, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He advised we add gutters on the sides of our house since not having them were the cause of the cracks. There was no sign of any sinkhole issues or problems at all and he even went as far to draw a schematic of where to put the gutters. Even though we consider ourselves savvy consumers, we have no knowledge of house settling issues but Tyler could have used scare tactics to get his company to perform work we don't need. In this day, finding a reputable company with professional people who are honest is hard to find. We are so pleased LRE is one of them and if Tyler is representative of the company, we feel you would be in good hands to have LRE come out and assess any foundation issues. 

The crew leader was professional and verified the scope of project before beginning. Then, he walked me through the project once it was completed. They had to work through rain and thunderstorms and still left the area cleaned.

We want to give a huge shoutout to Shea Dawson for having the most thorough and kind estimate for services. Our house came back OK for the moment, but I can confidently say that if we ever need any foundation assistance in the future, we will call LRE! Shea took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly check the house. He let us know what spots to keep an eye on over the years, and told us not to hesitate to reach out. My husband and I were truly amazed at his professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Shea!! 

LRE was on top of everything. They showed up on time and everyone was polite and professional. The crew explained what they were going to do and showed up with heavy-duty tools and materials to stabilize my foundation. I was relieved when I saw what they were using to fix my home and realized the problem was going to be fixed with expertise. Hats off to Justin and his crew for carefully leaving my property clean and orderly.

I initially contacted LRE based on the amount of positive Google reviews and I'm glad that I did. After my first call in, Kurt arrived on time, was straightforward, gave me his honest opinion on the best type of repairs based on my needs and gave me three different budget options to choose from. They were also affordable considering it's 2023 and we are in a recession. Cindy at the office even called me to confirm my appointment with the installation crew weeks later. Sergio, Eric and Jose called me the day of installation just to let me know that they were on the way. This crew was very knowledgable, professional, meticulous, and careful not to damage my property. It only took them one day to complete the project and they even watered my grass! Superb job. This company must treat their employees exceptionally well because it shows in the dedication of how everyone handles themselves. Don't hesitate to call LRE if you have any type of concrete issues.
