During the inspection, our specialist found that while there was no leak, the soil beneath the deck had eroded, creating large voids that caused the deck to settle. To restore the pool deck to its original level and close the gap between the deck and the lanai, our team used our PolyLevel solution. The polyurethane foam was injected directly beneath the concrete, filling the voids and successfully lifting the deck back into position. After completing a whole home inspection, it was clear Greg’s uneven concrete was not the only issue. The driveway had not been sealed, causing stains that detracted from the home’s appearance. To remedy Greg’s concrete problems, LRE’s 3-part concrete protection system was recommended. The 3-part concrete protection system involves a product called PolyLevel which is a fast-expanding polymer foam that is used to permanently stabilize and level concrete. After, a tinted sealer called DecoShiled is applied to the concrete to protect and seal the concrete while adding a nice even color. To finish, all of the cracks and joints are sealed with NexusPro to eliminate water from penetrating underneath the concrete.
