Ron S. from Vallejo CA noticed that he had cracks in the foundation walls of his house. He knew that this was a bad sign and that it likely meant that his foundation was compromised. While searching for solutions he found NorCal Foundation Support. Shortly after his decision to fix his foundation he called and found out that because he is a homeowner, he was eligible for a free appointment and estimate.
Ron was informed by the System Design Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support during the appointment that the cracks could be repaired with CarbonArmor.
This process would seal the cracks found in the foundation around the house and prevent the cracks from growing. Ron agreed that the suggested CarbonArmor would be a perfect solution for his situation.
Ron is extremely happy with the CarbonArmor work done. He can now rest assured that his house is on a more stable foundation.
The Homeowner was looking to have 4 old, bottle jacks that were showing signs of settling. He contacted NorCal Foundation Support to replace the jacks with our heavy duty SmartJacks.
Novato resident Carol H. knew her home was not level and a wall of her house was slanting. She made an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support and was informed that her house’s foundation wall could be stabilized with push piers and the floors supported with smart jacks.
The wall was tipping as a result of the foundation wall sinking. To fix this, push piers would be placed along the perimeter of the house to lift the foundation walls back into place as well as provide support. The smart jacks would replace the old wood posts in the crawl space under the house. Carol wanted her house level and agreed to the suggested work.
Carol’s house is now level and her wall is no longer tipping to the side!
