Ryan S. of Concord CA, noticed cracks on the walls of his crawl space and that the floors of his home were unleveled. After a quick search on the internet, Ryan found NorCal Foundation Support. He decided to call and schedule his free consultation as a homeowner.
The System Design Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support suggested SmartJacks as a replacement for his current jacks, and the CarbonArmor system to repair any cracks within the wall of the crawlspace. SmartJacks are the perfect solution, they are steel piers designed to stop settling and they can also raise sagging floors back to the proper level, and they’re easily adjustable if future settling occurs. Ryan also found this to be the perfect solution, and decided to go forward with the project.
Ryan has been very happy with this new home improvement and now he won’t have to worry about any future settling issues because if they do occur, the SmartJacks can be easily adjusted to compensate.
