Before & After Photos

Our crew at Saber Foundation Repair prepped this El Cajon driveway for a DecoShield concrete coating. The surface was cleaned, joints were sealed with NexusPro®, and all edges were carefully masked off to ensure a precise, even application. This step is key to achieving a smooth, durable finish that enhances both protection and curb appeal. Here’s the finished result — a beautifully rejuvenated concrete driveway protected with DecoShield™. The deep tone not only improves curb appeal but also shields the surface from UV damage, water, and stains. Combined with PolyLevel® and NexusPro®, this driveway is now lifted, sealed, and sealed in style.

The before photo shows incorrectly installed and unsupported posts. The after photo shows how we replaced the post and reinforced it correctly to provide greater reinforcement during an earthquake. 

Before photo shows an unsupported post causing sagging floors and is a potential hazard during the event of an earthquake. The after photo shows how we retrofitted the posts to be properly secure to provide greater support to the post if an earthquake were to occur. 

The before photo shows a crawl space that had an issue with its floors sagging and needed extra support. To correctly solve this problem we installed a 20-foot supplemental beam with our top-of-the-line SmartJack system. 

The before photo shows a home in LA that had a massive issue with sagging floors because there are not any posts in the middle of the crawlspace to support the floor joists. The after photo shows how we installed proper support posts to address the problem area to prevent the floor from sagging.
