Chris had a well laid out presentation and took time to study what was needed.  He was not pushy.  You  had a fair price and I liked the strength of the I beam and the fact that it was adjustable.  Crew was courteous and efficient.  They took the time to move a sump pump drain pipe so that the PowerBrace would not block a window, very much appreciated.  I was fearful of a mess and snow and mud being tracked in and my woodwork getting marred.  I was surprised none of this occurred, they were very careful.  We also appreciate the letter you sent out in advance telling us about our Foreman, Alan.

Salesperson was very informative of the whole installation plan.  My son had found your firm and was very impressed.  Very impressed with the men who installed everything too.

Joel did a great job. He was very thorough. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed and he explainedthe work to be done very well. The pricing was straight forward. The crew was courteous and working in a 100 year old home they left the basement cleaner than before. We are very pleased!

The two-man team you assigned to this project was amazing. A well-oiled machine. Never saw such skill and teamwork and fantastic work ethics. 

Bill covered all problems which might occur when we sell the house. Covered everything. Good person to person contact, all questions asked were answered. The cleanup was excellent. Runners were put down to protect our carpets.

The salesman was courteous, patient and worked with me for the best solution for my problem.  He was not pushy nor did he talk down to me.  The crew took time for questions as the work was being done.  All people involved acted in a professional manner. 

The representative, Brian, came at the time he stated, was thorough in what he could do to fix my problem and gave me the cost and literature.  We chose Badger because you have helped us out at our parishes in Beloit.  The crew arrived on time and was very courteous.  They answered my questions.  The cleanup was satisfactory and your company is a pleasure to work with.  I will spread your name.  I called one of your reference names myself.  They were happy with the job you did 2 years ago. 

From the day I called to the day the project was finished, I was extremely happy with the company.  Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.  From a customer service standpoit- best I've ever worked with.  Workmanship was excellent- everyone I worked with took the time to explain what was going to happen and made sure that I understood.  Great experience.  I would defintely use them again and refer friends and family.
