I was referred by a friend to Badger Basement, but I also was familiar with them being local business. I called Badger Basement on a Sunday, due to heavy rains and flooding in my basement. It was an emergency situation and Nick had great a great response time, especially for a new customer. He was very good about answering all my questions. I also appreciate the crew of two for giving up their day off to help me.

We just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for having Willy come out to our house. He was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Also he had a quote made up and back at our door with in a few hours of leaving. I have seen your name in newspaper ads and you have done work in my basement previously.  If needed, I would hire your company again.  Steve was very neat appearing and personable. Explained installation and answered any questions I had. I can tell you that Steve is a very meticulous worker.
