We were highly satisfied with the clean up-this was our biggest worry (dust settlement, etc.) and we were pleasantly surprised! We knew you guys were good but you even exceeded our expectations! It was a pleasure to work with the two gentlemen who did the driveways and sidewalks.  The work was done in a very professional way and I am happy with the results.   Everyone was very helpful and things were done as scheduled.  Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful and was pleasant to work with.

Every interaction I had with a Badger Basement employee was amazing, from the estimate to the installation.  We chose them because they appeared to be the most knowledgeable and helpful.  Other companies would have made me hire another company to cut the studs and get the permit on my own.  It was nice that I didn’t have to worry about things like that with everything else going on.  The crew was great!  I was so impressed with Badger Basement and the entire process.  I’ve had work done on my house in the past and had less than professional crews, but the installation crew was incredibly professional and friendly.  I couldn’t have imagined this process going any better.  My house flooding was such a stressful situation and everybody there made it a little easier to deal with.  Thank you!

Scott Seavert was very informative and gave a very good presentation and carefully explained how you guys do the job.  I chose Badger basement Systems because of Scott Seavert's presentation and I needed to have the work done.  The crew was courteous and worked diligently.  They explained what they were doing while doing it.  The clean was satisfactory and they did a good job!  To all who were involved with this project, Scott, the work crew and the girls in the office, you made me a happy man.  With all the rain we have had since the system was installed at the end of April, my basement has been bone dry!

The crew of 2, led by Alan, to complete our project were exceptional!  Alan provided an opportunity to come out weeks ahead of time to review the work, which helped my confidence.  The experience, professionalism and hard work ethic they demonstrated made it easy on us.  I am an HR leader with a high level of scrutiny and this team checks all the marks.  Bravo!  Job well done and I am an extremely happy customer as a result!

I have seen your trucks running around town, other people who had you do their work told me about you.  I thought the sales rep was really nice and honest and told me the way it would work.  I have only heard good things about you folks and you stand behind your work.  They called me and told me they would be a little late because of blown tire and they were really nice.  The boys really did a good job of cleaning down stairs and going out the front door.  I'm glad I had you folks do the job from the start, nice people, they clean up after themselves and you could trust them when you are gone.

The office staff was courteous and helpful and the sales representative was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful.  You're the best and your reputation is incomparable.  The crew was very courteous and the cleanup was excellent.

All I can say is "Wow!". My wife and I had the pleasure of having Gene and Tim over to waterproof our basement and I could not have asked for a better crew. From start to finish they kept us apprised of what was going on when updates were warranted. The expertise and customer service were both top-notch. I was honestly sad to see them go because they were such a pleasure to have around! HIGHLY recommended. A+

Our representative Chris was very good/knowledgeable at thoroughly telling us what our problems may be and keeping our issues at bay and knowing the what ifs and what would need to be done. He came back to explain to my husband what was needed. Your company was the only company I reached out to in the beginning-then I heard someone say to get a second opinion so I did and I wasn't satisfied with the other companies approach in how we were going to deal with the basement. Didn't need another reason-it was something that we knew over the years would need to be done before selling. Only problem is we should have done it years ago. I can not say enough great words about Richie and Dan. They were always willing to answer my questions and were always there when they said they would be. I really thank god I had these guys as my crew for our project. Everyday they cleaned up their area so I could move things if needed. At the end it was immaculate. So easy to move things back. I just need to express my gratitude for your staff for getting our home on the calendar before our scheduled time on November 11th. That was the best day of our life. You cannot imagine how much water we would of had in our basement the week after they finished because it rained for days on end. It really put the system to work. Richie and Dan were awesome to work with. We kind of worked together and communicated well in order for us to get things on our end ready when they put the walls in. I do recommend your company to many people who talk about water in their basement. Overall 5 stars to your company. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Richie and Dan and just their care in what they do. Very efficient and personable. Thank you all!! :) PS sorry for the delay needed to get things moved back in and put floor down first. Also, had another project in garage. Busy before winter.
