Concrete lifting has come a long way. We use high-density polyurethane foam that goes under the concrete through penny sized holes that we drill into the concrete. We raise the slab or fill the void that is under it and then fill in the holes so you would never know they were there. The foam sets in about 15 mins so need to wait too long before using the space again.
You can see in the photos that the concrete in front of the door had sunk quite a bit. This type of situation causes a tripping hazard and no one wants that. We were able to raise the concrete and eliminate the trip hazard while also making the appearance better.
At this home in East Troy, we raised the concrete in front of the garage door and service door. The slabs are nice and even eliminating the trip hazard and getting rid of that pesky bump when going in and our of the garage.
