Our team installed 8 GeoLocks around the perimeter of their basement walls. These anchors use the compacted soil outside to firmly hold the wall in place and keep it from bowing in any farther. Over time, these walls can be tightened to straighten the wall back to its proper location.
With repetitive water seeping through their basement walls, a residue called efflorescence is left behind. This crystallized salt leaves your basement walls with a white, unclean look. To remove this unsettling look, we installed the BrightWall. These white, waterproof panels turn any damaged wall into a new, bright, clean, one!
CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier System installed in the home's crawl space will help eliminate moisture issues in the home above.
This durable, bright white crawl space liner prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping your crawl space dry, you protect your structure and insulation from mold and rot.
The old, leaking windows in this basement were replaced with Everlast windows. These new windows not only fixed the issues with water and drafts but also looked much better and modern.
The concrete driveway in front of the garage was settling. Using our PolyLevel Injection Foam, we were able to lift the sinking area to match up with the garage. We also used our NexusPro sealant to seal any joints and cracks in the area. Our customer was very pleased with the results!
