Before:
A homeowner in Hancock noticed that sections of their driveway had begun to sink and shift over time. The uneven slabs created trip hazards, collected water, and made the driveway look worn and neglected. Replacing the concrete would have been costly and disruptive, so the homeowner wanted a faster, more effective solution.
After:
Our crew restored the driveway using PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the sunken slabs. As the foam expanded, it lifted and stabilized the concrete back to its proper position. The process was quick, minimally invasive, and far more affordable than replacement.
The result is a safe, level driveway that looks clean and smooth again, with the added benefit of long-lasting stabilization beneath the slabs.
Before:
A driveway slab had settled and separated from the garage, leaving a toe-stubbing lip at the threshold and a wide gap where water, ice, and debris collected. During rains, water funneled toward the garage, and winter freeze–thaw made the settlement worse.
After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the slab to fill voids and lift it back to a smooth, garage-level transition, then sealed the garage-to-slab joint and open cracks with NexusPro® (installed over backer and topped with color-match sand) to keep water out of the base soils.
The threshold is now flush and safe, joints are sealed against moisture, and the slab sheds water away from the garage to help prevent future settlement.
In the before photo, notice the cracked and uneven stairs in Bancroft, troubling homeowners and posing a safety risk. Our team at Sure-Dry came to the rescue with our innovative PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. As seen in the after photo, we not only efficiently leveled the concrete but also sealed the cracks, revitalizing the entryway into a safer, more appealing passage. This is how we ensure every homeowner experiences lasting solutions and undeniable satisfaction.
Before:
A homeowner in Marathon had settled driveway panels with toe-stubbing lips and widening joints. Water slipped through the gaps and pooled near the garage, and winter freeze–thaw made the cracking worse.
After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and lift the driveway back to a smooth, properly pitched surface. We then sealed control and expansion joints with NexusPro®, installing backer where needed and finishing with color-match sand for a clean look.
The driveway is now level, safer to use, and better protected against water intrusion and seasonal movement.
