These dips weren’t just a cosmetic concern—they were creating tripping hazards and allowing water to collect in low spots, which could lead to further damage down the road.

After: Lifted, Leveled & Protected

Sure-Dry used PolyLevel® injection foam to raise the sunken concrete and restore a safe, even surface. We followed up with NexusPro® joint and crack sealant to seal the gaps and prevent water infiltration that can cause future settling.

Now, the sidewalk and driveway are safe, smooth, and protected—no replacement needed.

Toe-stubbing lips formed at panel joints, step heights were uneven at the entry, and the slab in front of the garage dropped enough to leave a gap at the door seal—letting water and road salt creep under the concrete.

We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled walkway panels and the slab in front of the garage, filling voids and lifting in controlled increments to restore smooth transitions, uniform step heights, and a tight seal at the garage door. Small (penny-size) injection ports were patched for a clean finish.
