We are totally pleased with the concrete lift Alford’s did on our pool apron! Andrew & Jeff did an awesome and so far looking great. Zach was wonderful to work with, too! They set up our estimate evaluation & then our appointment in a timely manner. We highly recommend these guys! 

We hired Alford to repair sunken concrete on a patio and parking pad. It was a big job. The concrete had split into several places and the vertical gap between one side and another was as great as five inches in places. We didn't know what to do about it. We considered covering it over with asphalt (not a great look) and also tearing the whole business out and starting over (very expensive). Alford - through their sales rep Zack - offered us a better solution. He went to great lengths to explain to us their new method of lifting concrete in a way to prevent it from sinking again and offered us the means to seal all of the cracks. It made sense and was far less expensive than jackhammering the whole thing and starting over.Their work crews were prompt, professional, and friendly. We had the good fortune to have Evan Adkins, Andrew Wyrick, and Carlos (last name unknown) to work on our project. They came early and worked late to get the job done. They encouraged us to inspect their work throughout the process and they listened to what we said and adjusted accordingly. They were enthusiastic about their work and very concerned to end up with a product that satisfied us.We got our money's worth, and our concrete is better looking now more than we thought it could ever be.

Zach and Andrew did a fabulous job. Very pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I will recommend them. 

Taylor and Evan were punctual and ready to work. They were here to lift my concrete porch. They explained the process to me and took questions professionally. We thought we might had an issue, but they investigated and provided a solution. Taylor and Evan worked efficiently and stayed focused on the job until it was completed. Job well done!

We recently had the entire floor in our boarding resurfaced. This included grinding down the old floor, cleaning up the micro-dust, washing it down, then laying the SparTek flooring. Both Murph and Doug did an outstanding job! They were extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. They answered every question that came up for us. They stuck to their schedule and even finished a day before the expected finish date. The best part is that our kennel floors look like a million dollars! I would definitely recommend Alford Home Solution and also recommend having the SparTek floors poured if you had an interest in it.

I called to get an estimate to get our back porch fixed. Danny Cook called several times to let us know when he would be at our home. He was on time. He talked and show us what could be done; then he let us make up our mind what we wanted done. He scheduled an appointment. We had a very good experience getting this started. My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood.
