Temo Sunroom Addition - Home renovations and construction can be very stressful. Effective communication with your contractor is key to keeping the stress level low and knowing the exact status of your project. Alford does an excellent job communicating effectively with their potential customers and clients at each part of the project. Paul Lawrence, the Solution Specialist, took all the time needed and made multiple appointments so we could see all the samples and make an informed decision. Kevin Harris, Project Manager, kept me in the project loop through ordering, material delays, change orders, and the build. He took ownership of a color mistake with the walls and made it right. Dennis and Mike made a site visit prior to breaking ground to plan the work. They arrived every day with the materials needed. They communicated their arrival time and what they planned to accomplish each day at the job site. They let me know of a weather delay in advance. They left the job site clean and safe before they left every day. Their combined knowledge of the trade was evident at each step of the build. I was confident that they would not take any shortcuts with my project. There were a few items on the punch list and final payment was not requested until both parties agreed that the job was complete. The Temo sunroom product is excellent. I feel it has added value to our home and we will get many years of enjoyment from it.

I am the secretary at Trinity Lutheran Church and our tech comes once a month for preventive services and is very responsive when we alert him to an issue. He makes sure to immediately follow up in-between visits when there is an issue and is very personable and easy to work with.

Jerry was great! He came out to treat for carpenter bees, it’s a week later and I haven’t seen one bee. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. He even informed me that Alford can help with my foundation issue. I am one happy customer! Thank you Jerry!

Recently used them for a new sunroom after previously using them for termite treatment, sill plate repair, and waterproofing of my crawl space. They aren't the cheapest you will find, but they are punctual, professional, and I have been pleased with all the work they have done.

Kurt Newhouse has always been polite, friendly, and one of the most knowledgeable people in his field. He is extremely easy to contact and very flexible depending on our schedule.

Highly recommend for pest control/rodents. Kurt is our serviceman and is always kind, on time, efficient, and knowledgeable with always answering our questions.    

We used Alford’s for our WDI inspection and they were awesome! Steve completed our inspection and did a great job! We also received our inspection report the same day, which was very helpful. Highly recommend them for any pest control service!

They did an excellent job even when the weather was not on their side all while being very professional.
