Stephanie C., a homeowner near Merrifield, VA, was ready to put her house on the market. She had the interior ready and was working on the curb appeal. Prospective buyers had commented on the front steps - the walkway had dropped almost 2 inches from the steps! To make up for the crevice, a red step stone was haphazardly placed there. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions for help. System Designer Riley Ethier introduced the benefits of our PolyLevel Injection Foam. This foam lifts and levels concrete quickly. Foreman, Tim Gregorin and his crew fixed Stephanie's sidewalk and made her steps look great. Now Stephanie has the curb appeal she was looking for and knows this will help bring top dollar!
Sadie B. from McLean, VA reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when she noticed significant settling of her sidewalk, concerned about potential safety hazards. Upon meeting with System Designer Kurtis Toppart, Sadie received a complimentary estimate for PolyLevel foam lifting. Subsequently, our PolyLevel installation crew arrived onsite to drill small holes in the sidewalk and administer the foam injection. After the sidewalk was successfully raised and leveled, the drilled holes were promptly filled with cement. Sadie can now enjoy peace of mind when entertaining guests or simply spending time in the front of her home, free from the worry of tripping hazards!
This property in Westminster had a section of sidewalk that had sunken and was uneven, becoming a tripping hazard. Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
A homeowner had some bad settlement around the front of their home. The concrete had settled quite a bit leaving a gap under the front stone facade. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions and met with a system designer for a free estimate. We recommended our PolyLevel Foam Injection System. In this process a skilled installation crew drills small holes at regular intervals, pumping poly foam into the holes to lift and level. After the desired height is reached, the holes are filled back in. As you can see in the 'After' photo, our crew was able to raise the concrete up and close that gap keeping insects and water out of this home!
In Newington, VA, a homeowner faced the issue of a sinking and cracking driveway, prompting them to seek assistance from Fortress. Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, assessed the situation and recommended our PolyLevel Injection System to restore the driveway to its original level. The project was overseen by Foreman Tim, who meticulously drilled holes in the concrete for the installation of injection ports. Polyurethane foam was then injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and lift the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints were sealed to complete the process.
