This uneven driveway in Forest was an eyesore. If this problem was aloud to persist, in might worsen and the driveway might need to be replaced. Thankfully this family called Fortress Foundation Solutions in time. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection Method to level this driveway.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
