Dana and Don S. of Tupelo, MS are planning to sell their home. Don recently retired and they are ready to hit the road. They are shopping travel trailers so they can do just that. This means that they need to maximize their property value to get the most out of the sale.  They recently installed new hardwood floors through the dining room, entry hall, living room, and master bedroom. Shortly after they started to notice new settlement problems in these areas. There are two issues at play here, interior slab failure and foundation settlement. Don is VERY cost conscious about this project.

Foundation repair specialist Wes was able to perform a thorough inspection of the home and design a permanent solution.  This would include a combination of our push pier system and our PolyLevel^TM concrete injection system.  Don and Dana were impressed with the solution and the work was set.

We were able to close the gaps in the flooring.  Now the couple can focus on their travel goals and stop worrying about the foundation issues in their home.

Our piering team lifted and reinforced this lintel, thus ending the cracking. Afterward, they sealed it with nexus pro, to protect the repair and ensure the existing cracking was nearly impossible to see from the street!
