Michael reached out to us based on the recommendation of a previously satisfied customer, seeking a long-term solution for his home’s foundation concerns. The main issues included a slightly sunken hallway wall, a drop in the master bathroom area, and overall instability near the front door and stairwell. Additionally, the crawl space required full encapsulation to improve moisture control and insulation.
