The soil under the sidewalk seems to have weakened and caused the slabs to shift and become VERY uneven. This has caused not only an eyesore, but a BIG tripping hazard. The family no longer wanted to worry about it, so they called us!
Our crew fixed it in no time with our PolyLevel foam, which raised the slab to the original position and they also sealed with crack with NexusPro!
This driveway experienced large unsightly cracks in front of the garage. The longer a crack is present, the more likely it is to expand and cause further damage. The homeowners were eager to get a permanent solution for this problem and Frontier delivered.
We wanted to make sure no water was able to infiltrate the cracks, so we used NexusPro to seal the cracks.
Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry! NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.

This Clarksville home had a problem with their concrete slab porch steps attached to their porch sinking. Concrete slabs can sink and settle for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil not being properly prepared before the slab was made on it. Either way, the family was worried about someone tripping, as well as the value of the home decreasing. They called us up and scheduled their free inspection. One of our trained inspectors came out and looked over their property. He knew exactly what they needed,
He told them all about our concrete repair products and they agreed that the products were perfect.
Products Installed:
PolyLevel: an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface
NexusPro Joint Sealant: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.

Our specialist used NexusPro (a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam) to lift the steps back to their original position. He then used PolyLevel to seal the crack/gap that had formed. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void.
The steps are now where they should be and we have a happy homeowner.
