This Kentucky home had a problem with their concrete slab porch sinking. Concrete slabs can sink and settle for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil not being properly prepared before the slab was made on it. Either way, the family was worried about someone tripping, as well as the value of the home decreasing. They called us up and scheduled their free inspection. One of our trained inspectors came out and looked over their property. He knew exactly what they needed,
He told them all about our concrete repair products and they agreed that the products were perfect.
Products Installed:
PolyLevel: an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface
NexusPro Joint Sealant: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
The porch is now where it should be and we have a happy homeowner.
We love helping our community find lasting solutions to their problems with products they can trust!
