This customer in Mayfield, KY needed basement waterproofing and chose Frontier Foundations and Crawl Space Repair. We came in and installed TripleSafe Sump Pump system with a SaniDry Dehumidifier as well as a new SunHouse Window Well Enclosure. We demoed the old basement wells, and installed a drainage system for the sump pump to connect with a LawnScape system to drain all the water into the yard. This customer will no longer need to worry about excessive moisture in their basement.  

This customer in Centerville, TN chose us for her basement waterproofing needs. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, a TripleSafe Sump Pump the gather the water from the WaterGuard, and a drainage system that includes IceGuard to prevent the water draining out from freezing in the winter and a LawnScape to drain the water out into the yard, away from the home and its foundation. She now has a dry basement and no longer needs to worry about water intrusion.

When you have a plumbing leak (We all know it's bound to happen) most sump pumps drain from the bottom, where the ground water comes from. They also have air tight lids, which allows the water to fill up your basement. Which is why this homeowner had us install our Basement Systems  Super Sump Plus,  this pump allows the water to drain using a specially designed cup and ball underneath the floor drain but does not allow air flow to come up. helping to keep the moisture out of your basement.

This garage was useless! It would continuously flood and the homeowners were tired of dealing with it every time it rained heavily.
