John Chavis, the Planner/Estimator, did a great job assessing and planning the scope of work. Mike Miles, the Project Leader was always available to answer questions. And, Meghan, the office manager was invaluable and quickly responded when we had questions. This was a great experience and we highly recommend Cantey.

We are both absolutely satisfied with the job done for us by Cantey.  The installation crew are very professional and hard workers.  The office staff are excellent.  The salesman was professional in all aspects.  We were most pleased with all the work done.  The electrician that we used (Mike) specializes in doing the electrical work for encapsulation of crawl spaces, but only for specialists such as your company.  He did the work needed the following week after you, and he was very pleased and impressed by the work that was performed by your staff.  EXCELLENT JOB!

I'm a first time customer at Cantey Foundation Specialists, best choice ever made! Kendell Moore, System Design Specialist came to my home and after doing an inspection of the crawl space, he explained to me what would be needed to correct my sagging floors. An estimate was provided and the work was scheduled. Diego Sanchez, Production Team Leader and his crew came to do the work as scheduled. This crew was very professional and they knew exactly what to do to provide a very professional finished product. An exceptional team. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a foundation problem.

The whole process went extremely well.  They installed the jacks and now my house is stabilized.  The communication between Jamie my Specialist and Sixto the Installer was excellent; I explained that I wanted to attempt lift in small increments and they discussed my concern and worked together to find the best schedule to accomplish my wish.  I'll be seeing them in about a month, but I appreciate everything Cantey has completed for me thus far.

Dear Mr. Cantey, On Friday, June 17th, 2016, we had a team of your men put in a beam and four supports under our house which was sinking. I just wanted to let you know that team Garcia was outstanding from the minute they stepped on our property. They politely introduced themselves, shook hands, and went to work. No blaring radios, which one most always gets. They ddi great work- we've seen their pictures and looked ourselves. They cleaned up perrfectl and shook hands when they left. From estimate and evaluation, to scheduling communication, to personnel doing the work, everyone was top notch, professional, and confirmed that I had made the right decision to choose Cantey.

I called Cantey because of the advertising. I see the commercials and ads everywhere. I figured that the Cantey crews were very experienced and well trained. Also, I heard it was a locally owned family company, which I like to support.

My pool deck had three different problems with uneven cement. Called three different companies for a price. First two priced it so high I could have replaced cement cheaper. Then I saw the Cantey truck going down the road like a rolling billboard. My wife called, the salesman came out and gave us a great price. My wife said he knew what he was talking about, so we gave a deposit. They were in contact the whole time and they came to repair on the day they said they would. The techs jacked the cement in a bunch of spots to level it and then shot the foam under it. You could see the Techs really knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the job from start to finish. Now I can enjoy my pool without wondering what to do about my uneven pool deck. Thank You Cantey crew!

I contacted several upstate crawlspace remediation and foundation specialist companies to give me a quote on some water intrusion work I needed to have done. Cantey Foundation was by far the most responsive of the companies that I contacted even sending out a representative the very same evening I contacted them. They also quoted me about 75% less than the most expensive and 25% less than the average for the work that I needed to have done. A team of three men showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and banged out my installation in under an hour. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Although my experience with Cantey was brief and the scope of the work limited I would recommend them if you’re having crawlspace or basement issues at the very least for their free quote.

Aubrey, Oscar and Frank came to my home to install a support beam and 3 jacks to repair my sagging floor. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience from the staff on the phone who set up the repair to the young men who did the work. The team was knowledgeable on their product and explain the entire process prior to beginning the work. Very polite and I would highly recommend them!
