The whole process went very good, the guys were very polite and explained everything they were doing.  My husband went down to the crawl space after they left to double check their work, and he was surprised to see that they had taped the existing vapor barrier to the piers to seal it up... and it wasn't even the product we bought from them!  They went above and beyond!

Our finished basement serves as our primary living room and it was leaking constantly.  After big rains, we would have to manually pump water out each time it flooded, and it became such a nuisance.  We hired Cantey believing the job would be done right the first time, and we were not disappointed.  The crew was very nice and cleaned up after themselves.  Cantey fixed it up right, and we haven't had flooding problems since.

Now let me tell you, I'm sure that I could have gone with anyone else and got the work done a little cheaper but from the first person I have talked to with your company I have felt like family instead of someone paying a company. Jason was great from our first meeting! I explained to me what the problem was, I had two different guys here for different things but that didn't bother Jason. He went under the house took pictures which surprised me. I got to see the problem first hand, Jason was the first to do that. He also checked the front porch. He said "We need to drill holes in concrete and put foam under porch to raise back up" and it worked like a charm. He waited at least thirty minutes after he finished his work and waited because I was with the other guys here. After I was through we talked, Jason explained every detail to me. I have helped build hotels for eighteen years and wish I had Jason working with our crew. Jason is very good at his job and a good guy but hope I don't have to call him again.

I wanted to clean out my crawl space to reduce mold/mildew, provide better air quality inside my home, and improve energy efficiency. My initial consultation with Jamie Beresford was very friendly, professional, and informative. After conducting an inspection (and providing pictures) of my crawl space, he provided the pertinent information that I required to make my final decision. The specialists (Trey Dukes, Robert, & Jose) that conducted the worked, did a great job. They were extremely polite and professional. Upon completion of the job, Trey advised me of issue with my A/C that needed attention that I was not even aware of which would have eventually caused an even more costly repair. They completed the job on schedule. They even hauled away certain material that was not in their purview to do. Although I personally have not been in my crawl space, I was pleased with the "after" pictures and received compliments from the A/C contractors that came to repair the issue that Trey alerted me to!  Thank you, Cantey, for a job well-done!

Jamie did a great job walking me through everything I needed in my basement. Then, when the crew came (lead by Matt), they were efficient, fast, and clean!
