Julia & Brian C. of Awendaw, SC recently bought a fixer-upper that had major foundation issues. The home is on a concrete slab, but over time the slab settled into the soil causing gaps to appear between the flooring and the walls. After hearing a Cantey radio advertisement, Julia & Brian researched into the new technology of concrete lifting. Cantey's PolyLevel system is injected through penny-size holes, so the process is fairly non-intrusive. They called Cantey and scheduled their free inspection and estimate, in which Specialist Alex Lovette came to their house a few days later. After receiving a few quotes from other concrete contractors, Julia & Brian hired Cantey because of the "cool technology and easy price." Within half a day, the fixer-upper's foundation issues were corrected and stabilized. Now, Julia & Brian don't have to worry about foundation issues and can continue working on the aesthetics of the home!
The driveway in front of this home settled a couple inches, creating a trip hazard and an area for water to pool after heavy rains. Cantey Foundation Specialists used PolyLevel® to turn the sunken sidewalk into a safe, level surface.
Stanley U.'s pool deck was settling in numerous places at his home in McClellanville, SC. Worried that his grandchildren could trip and hurt themselves, Stanley wanted to get the pool deck back into perfect condition. After researching concrete leveling solutions online, Stanley stumbled upon CanteyCanFixIt.com and our patented PolyLevel system.
The PolyLevel system can be installed within a few hours and its less intrusive than repouring concrete. Deciding that ripping out and replacing it was too costly, Stanley chose Cantey to utilize their PolyLevel technology to help raise and level his pool deck. Now Stanley has the peace of mind that the tripping hazard is gone, and he and his grandchildren can enjoy the pool all summer long.
Ernest T. called about his pool deck slab sinking in different places, causing pools of water and cracks. We scheduled him an appointment and came out to fix the problem. With Polylevel, we raised the sunken parts of the slab and were able to fill in the cracks to make the deck look like it was when it was first poured. Ernest was very happy with the final product and doesn't have to look at those ugly puddles of water sitting on his nice concrete deck anymore.
John and Julie S. of Murrells Inlet, SC experienced some settlement in their driveway after the past few months of heavy rains. Not wanting it to get any worse, they called Cantey Foundation Specialist after seeing one of our trucks driving around the neighborhood. Specialist Alex Lovette inspected their concrete slab driveway, and he explained because of the heavy rains there was erosion under the slab. The displaced soil caused the slab to sink in order to find support. Production Team Leader Roberto Bunchner installed our patented PolyLevel system a few weeks later, which lifted and stabilized the driveway back into place... and it was only a fraction of the cost of replacing the slab!
