Jay is a homeowner in Irmo, SC. The 4th of July is Jay’s favorite time of year. The family gets together and has a good time. There is fireworks and BBQs and all the good times that come with spending time with family. One thing is bothering Jay this year though. His family is coming to his home for the occasion and his porch is settling. He doesn’t like the thought of someone tripping and hurting themselves when he could have done something about it beforehand. After hearing an advertisement on the radio for Cantey Foundation Specialists he decided to give us a call for a free estimate. Specialist Alex Lovette came out to Jay’s home. After the inspection, Alex explained to Jay that our patented PolyLevel process was the solution that would set his home back on track. PolyLevel is a process that combines resin and iso. This combination creates a foam like liquid that expands and hardens. This lifts and levels the slab back to normal. Team Leader TJ and Team Member Jeremy came out to Jay’s home and efficiently injected the PolyLevel. Afterwards, Jay was so happy to be able to walk fluently over his porch again. “It really is a relief to be able to walk over this without tripping”, he said. Now Jay can enjoy his holiday knowing that Cantey did the job right.
George R. is a homeowner and furniture builder in Elgin, SC. Many years ago he decided to use his talent as a woodworker to build furniture pieces for sale. This became his perfect job because it allowed him to work from home and have a passion for his work. His workshop is used daily and recently he began to notice that the concrete floor had begun to sink. He did not want his workshop to lose integrity nor cause harm to any of his furniture. While at the hardware store getting supplies for the week he saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it. He called the number to see if they could possibly lift the flooring in his workshop. He was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie arrived for the appointment and did an inspection on the concrete floor. Jamie told George that the solution that his workshop needed was Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. George felt like the PolyLevel would bring back the integrity of his workshop and wanted to move forward with the installation. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Joshua Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. George is back to making beautiful furniture worry-free thanks to Cantey's PolyLevel solution.
Jim A. built his dream home in Elgin, SC in 2009. He and his wife wanted to be closer to their grandchildren when they retired so they built the perfect home to have their family over. The home included a pool area that they designed themselves. Since it was built, it has been important to Jim to take care of that area so his family can enjoy it. About a year ago he noticed that a concrete slab near the pool stairs was starting to sink. Because of the upcoming summer, Jim knew he had to get it fixed and fast. He did a search online for concrete repair and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. Cantey had a solution that would raise the sinking slab and make it level again. Jim called in and scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. System Design Specialist Chip Baxter came out and did a thorough inspection of the area. He sat down with Jim to explain how the PolyLevel solution works after the inspection. The PolyLevel solution would begin by drilling small holes through the concrete slab, then the liquid PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete slab. This solution then expands creating lift and stabilization. Within minutes, the solution completely hardens forming a stable foundation for the concrete slab. Jim was impressed with what this solution could do and scheduled an installation day. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and effectively installed the PolyLevel solution. Jim is now enjoying some summer fun with his children and grandchildren with no worries.
Don and Ellen A. have lived in Lugoff, SC since they got married 40 years ago. They settled into the perfect family home, raising two sons who now have families of their own. Don and Ellen now enjoy being grandparents and having the grandchildren over. All of their grand-kids love playing outside and on a nice day, that is where they spend most of their time. During one of these occasions, the eldest grandchild tripped over the sinking concrete on their porch. She was just trying to go get something to drink from inside but ended up scrapping both of her knees. Being the concerned grandparents they are, Don and Ellen knew they needed to find a solution before this happened again, to their grand-kids, or any other guests they might have. They asked around the neighborhood to see what could be done and at what cost. They were surprised when a neighbor down the street told them about Cantey Foundation Specialists and their affordable concrete leveling service. Ellen called in and set up an appointment with System Design Specialist TJ Harden. TJ arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the porch before sitting down with Don and Ellen. TJ explained that Cantey's PolyLevel solution could lift their concrete in just a day, removing the tripping hazard and keeping their family safe. The PolyLevel solution would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. A liquid polyurethane would then be injected underneath the concrete. This liquid would expand and harden quickly to lift the concrete and permanently stabilize it. Don and Ellen loved the idea of how quickly their tripping hazard could be repaired and scheduled an installation date. Foreman Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the porch with the PolyLevel solution. Don and Ellen were so impressed with the process, they have recommended Cantey to anyone in need of concrete repair services.
Fred noticed that his front porch area which was about 6' x 6' was slowly sinking toward the front door of his home in Mc Cormick, SC. He was worried because the concrete was covered by a slate of 12 x 12 tiles and his home is on a slab foundation. Cantey Crews used PolyLevel Solutions to raise the concrete slab and position it back to a level position with the house.
