Concrete repair for a front walkway of a home.
In a driveway that's sunken or uneven, replacing it might not be the most cost-effective option. We can use PolyLevel to raise the concrete, creating an even surface and preventing further sinking and cracking. Our driveway leveling process can eliminate unsafe conditions and improve the curb appeal of your home. The life of your driveway will also be extended for years without the need for replacement.
Customer's set of steps had multiple cracks and needed repairs along with lifting and leveling to create a safe non-tripping hazard.
Our team did a driveway to garage lift and level. Here you will see that our level shows the process of the lift.
Within the before picture of the cracked steps, you will see on the right-hand side the pulling apart from the walkway and the step. Cracked concrete happens when part of a concrete slab breaks and sinks into underlying soil that has compressed or washed away. These cracks aren't just unsightly; they offer moisture a way to seep beneath the slab. This can cause the underlying soil to soften or even wash away completely. That in turn can cause the slab to crack further as it sinks into the void left by the washed-away soil.
