This home had the corner of their home splitting apart due to foundation soil shifting. We installed helical piers to fix the problem.
This house had some saggy floors as a result of moisture rotting down the wooden floor boards in the crawlspace. To fix this, we installed our CleanSpace liner all across the floors and walls of the crawl space to block out moisture from coming in, which would further damage the beams. We then installed our Smart Jack system, which is able to raise the main beams of the floor, and keep them their for the future. Smart Jacks are able to be adjusted if ever the floor of the crawl space sinks more.
When a foundation wall is caught early on in the bowing process, we like to use Carbon Armor to stabilize the wall back to health. The best thing about Carbon Armor is it is really easy to install and really flexible. After the first layer of epoxy is applied to the wall, we then lay the carbon fiber strip to the wall, we then apply another couple layers of epoxy. The wall is saved after that.
This home was on the side of a hill, which was causing foundation problems. The hill was moving, causing the slab of the home to sink. We were able to attach helical piers to the footers and stabilize the foundation.
This home had a sunken floor because the main beams under the house in the crawl space had become saggy due to rot, time, and pressure. We were able to raise the floor boards by hooking up our SmartJacks to the main beams under the house, and then lifting the SmartJacks to push the beams back up.
