These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.
Cracking in the front porch of this home began to split the entire addition. We pumped PolyLevel underneath it to stabilize and lift it back into place and then sealed the cracking.
The settling foundation under this home was starting to crack and move the slab floor. We stabilized the slab and then sealed the cracks shut.
The concrete slab poured under this car port outside of this home had begun to sink. It was sloping down around the doorway and water was getting through. We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the slab, then we waterproofed the edge with WaterGuard to make sure that rainwater would not be able to sit or get under the slab around the door.
This porch started to sink and crack which caused trip hazards and made it difficult to use properly. We were able to lift it back to its original pour line and seal the cracks that had formed. Our process, utilizing PolyLevel, also stabilizes the entire porch and helps prevent further sinkage.
