Upon moving into this home in Ronkonkoma, NY, the new owners new they had a problem with the concrete steps in the front of the home that had cracked and settled. It was an issue they knew would have to be addressed at some point. When they were ready to take care of it they were pleased to find Woodford Brothers online and learn about the power of PolyLevel. They were happy to learn that the steps didn't need to be replaced and that could actually be lifted back up into place. Our Design Specialist took careful measurements to determine the exact cost and presented a proposal the same day. When the installation day came the crew, led by James, made quick and clean work of installing the PolyLevel and restoring the steps to their original place, alleviated the dangerous trip hazard caused by the leaning and settling steps.

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.  In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility, further protecting the concrete from soil compaction and washout.  Lastly, the concrete will be protected with SealantPro, a state-of-the-art material that bonds with concrete on a molecular level, permanently protecting it from water, dirt, and other contaminants in a single coat. 

With this combination of systems, John can rest assured that not only is his patio lifted and leveled, but is also protected from further damage from the elements.
