Alex recently bought property in Greenport, NY. The concrete walkway lining the building was sinking and pitched toward the building, knowing they wanted to build a boardwalk on top of the walkway, he knew that the concrete needed to be leveled. Wanting to resolve the issue, Alex decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the concrete, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel system would be best suited for lifting and leveling the concrete. 

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. By investing in the PolyLevel system, Alex can rest assured that his concrete is permanently leveled.

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises and stabilizes the concrete surface.  In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for concrete joints and cracks, specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility while standing up to harsh weather conditions.  This means that a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete are protected from damage for years to come.  With these two systems in place Margaret is ensuring that her concrete is permanently leveled and the property value protected.
