We are completely satisfied with the work installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector was very helpful and explained all of my options for waterproofing my basement. My installation team was hard working and finished the job in no time.I was referred to Quality 1st by a co-worker and chose to go with the company because the timing and budget worked out for me nicely. I even decided to invest in the Ultra Sump III (battery back up) system to protect my home from pump failure.

My wife and I first found out about Quality 1st Basement Systems when we saw their booth at the Edison Home Show back in November of 2012. We were planning on buying a new house, and there were some problems with water seepage in the basement. Once we settled in the new house, we decided to have Quality 1st come in, and explore our options. Not only were the books and case stories informative, but they were a major expense for Quality 1st with no guarantee of a sale. When our salesmen Kenny came out, he was very helpful without being forceful. We did not feel pressured to make any decisions, and we really appreciated that. When it came to the installation date, the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely personable. The cleanup was incredible, and they left the area cleaner then before they started. We originally choose Quality 1st Basement Systems because of how impressed we were by the extent of separating yourselves from the rest of the industry, and the quality of work certainly backs up your reputation.
