Your Service Tech Bryan just left after servicing our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier. I just wanted to pass along that I was very happy with him. He got here on time,  he was very courteous and knowledgeable.  You can tell he cares about his job and his customers.  He took time to explain everything he did and shared with me some good suggestions to help take care of the SaniDry and hopefully extend the life of the unit. I wish every contractor I used had his work ethic and professionalism.Just wanted to acknowledge a good employee

As a first time homeowner, shy of just a year, there are many projects on the to-do list. As a new resident to NJ, we settled on a home in Carneys Point. Our home was totally remodeled by the selling contractor. We had no insulation, sump pump, or dehumidifier underneath our crawlspace. I had two quotes performed for our crawl space, this company and another local business. To make it fair company,"X" quoted me 4500 dollars, after multiple reminders to add in exactly how I envisioned my crawl. They spent about 2hrs late in the evening, accommodating our work schedules, evaluating, mold test, and reviewing the condition of the crawl space. The salesman explained their product and what they offer in-depth. He did not once shove a sales pitch down my throat. Step by step we started alleviating the problems: mold treatment, dehumidifier, sump pump, rafter and foundation reflective insulation, and clean space. I was able to see in real-time my products and costs. I wanted something that will protect the health of us, our dogs, and home. Not once did company X mention mold or take samples. After about a week of evaluation and securing funds we signed our contract with the company. From start to finish, (just yesterday) they have been extremely oriented in the communication of the project. They sent out two packages for reading material, getting to know the staff, and other general information. The foreman showed up three days prior to starting to get an idea of how much stone would be needed to backfill a large hole left behind from a furnace. I didn't even know this was included but was extremely happy to have it resolved. Two-day project, Monday and Tuesday a three-man team treated roughly a 1600 sq ft area for mold even though mold was present in certain areas. The electric run was subbed out, but a dedicated line was placed in service for the sump pump and dehumidifier. Rafters and entire foundation walls were insulated. Clean space and easy access door installed. In addition, I had two downspouts tied in on the fly to the sump pump discharge line. They have exceeded my expectations and come recommended. I feel happier our home is a more healthy environment. In closing, I usually have three different estimates provided by contractors if I am looking to have work done and do my homework on those companies. You may see some negative reviews here regarding costs but honestly speaking: you get what you pay for. I hope to have a long-lasting customer to provider relationship with this company for years to come.

The service representative was a delight to speak to. He was personable and knowledgeable about the system and spoke favorably about the sump pump; very clean and the area around it was clean as well. He asked if it ever comes on, I said yes and it works very well. As always you're service is top notch, I am a satisfied customer.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and professionalism of the entire staff. My Forman Ian was very friendly and informative on what the job entailed. He and his staff did a superb job in a timely manner and clean up everything. Big thanks to them for taking away the old and broken down sump system. Thank you Ian for making a nightmare a dream come true. Now I can rest easy knowing the basement now is in control.

Dear Dan, This letter is a little late getting to you but wanted to let you know how thankful we are from your personal service. We thank you for taking the time to come out to our home a couple of times to review plans for our basement. Mike and his crew were very respectful of our home. They worked diligently to meet their deadline even working into the evening to get the job done. Mike took time to explain what he and the crew were doing during the process and always asked us if we had any questions. The guys have a great sense of humor, are trustworthy and meticulous about their work. Mike seems very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with his crew. We are so happy to have a dry basement and have started to build walls to create a playroom for the boys. We definitely will recommend your service to our friends.

Just wanted you folks to know that our system has worked great!  No water after or during "Irene". The pump has been working overtime, but its working! When it kicks on you can hear the water pushing through the pipe. Almost sounds like the house has a rumbling stomach. When we hear it, we know its working. My wife actually did some scrapbooking in our basement room during the storm....its was SO nice, not having to 'shop vac" water for days!  This was the first real test of the system, while we were in the house.
