Due to the soil shifting beneath the surface of this concrete porch in Parsippany, NJ it began to sink and settle. The homeowner noticed it was beginning to become a trip hazard to them and to those visiting their home. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff P., measured the settlement and quoted the job. Our PolyLevel team was able to lift and level the porch to permanently stabilize it and prevent further settlement or tripping hazards from occurring.
System Design Specialist, Kenny T, inspected this sinking patio area in the Parsippany area of New Jersey. Multiple slabs had settled and needed to be raised back to level.
