This Randolph homeowner's 10 year old pool had some gaps between the pool coping and deck. Some of the concrete slabs were settling, making it a dangerous and unattractive area to swim. Quality 1st Basement systems injected PolyLEVEL, which raised the concrete up to an even position. PolyLEVEL hardens in just minutes and the pool deck was ready to be walked in only fifteen minutes. This front porch in Franklin, NJ was experiencing major concrete settlement. The homeowners chose Quality 1st Basements to help them come up with a solution for their sinking concrete. System Design Specialist, Jeff P. suggested our PolyLevel solution, a process in which our team injects foam beneath the sunken slab and raises it back to its original position. The homeowners were pleased that they could use their front porch within 15 minutes after installation and had peace of mind knowing their front porch would be supported for years to come. 

PolyLevel Injection Foam was used to lift and stabilize this customer's front stoop after it was found to be sinking and settling as evidenced by the separation near the foundation. Concrete Specialist Jeff Pitek met with the customers to assess the issue and Sean Johnson and his crew worked to inject the PolyLevel and lift the stoop back up.

This homeowner in Somerset, New Jersey noticed their sidewalk was sinking and settling. This can happen from soil erosion underneath the slab. Our specialist suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete.
