This beautiful Normandy Beach Patio was experiencing some sinking concrete slabs around the pool area, causing some of the slabs to separate. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when finding out that the slabs could simply be raised and then sealed without having to replace the entire slab! PolyLevel was pumped into the slab, raising it up to level and then Joint Seal was applied to fill all the voids. 

A Wall Township home was experiencing some sidewalk settlement encompassing the area. The settlement of the concrete slab was about 2-3 inches deep. Concrete Foreman Ash did a thorough job with PolyLevel solution to lift, level and secure the settled slab of concrete. To polish off the job, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to the joints in the slabs to prevent water entering and damaging the concrete slab in the future.  

This garage apron of a Monmouth County, NJ house was sinking and settling, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements about lifting and leveling their concrete with PolyLevel. This homeowner in Neptune, New Jersey noticed their concrete walkway was becoming unlevel and dangerous. Joe suggested they use polyurethane foam to bring the concrete towards a level position. Our foreman used PolyLevel Injections by drilling tiny holes into the slab. Then, they injected the foam into the voids underneath to bring the slab to a level position. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about tripping hazards!
