Our team uses polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel to lift and level concrete slabs such as driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, garage floors and interior floors of a home. When soil becomes too wet, too dry or is poorly compacted underneath the home, it becomes weak and can no longer support the weight of a heavy concrete slab. This is what causes the slab to sink and settle causing a trip hazard or large gap in the floor. The concrete slab now needs additional support to prevent further settlement. PolyLevel is a State-Of-The-Art technology used to fill any voids underneath the concrete, raising it back towards its original level.
