Quality 1st Basements was able to lift and level the homeowner's concrete and keep it secure with PolyLevel solution. Water was kept out of the newly renovated slabs by sealing cracks with NexusPro Sealant, and making for a nice, clean finish. 

A resident in Middletown, New Jersey noticed that their concrete stairs had been sinking. This occurrence can happen because of erosion of soil under the slab. As water runs through the cracks and joints in the concrete, it washes the soil out. These voids cause the concrete to shift and settle, which in turn create uneven surfaces and tripping hazards.

Our Quality 1st Basement System foreman injected PolyLevel Injection System, which is a system that permanently lifts and stabilizes the sinking concrete. This is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the slab, and then injecting the polymer foam into the void. The slab is then lifted back into place, and the homeowner does not need to worry about dangerous tripping hazards.
