Holmdel homeowner saw the patio in his backyard was sinking by his back door. His landscaper referred Quality 1st Basement Systems so he called to schedule a free estimate. Quality 1st Basement System used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back to the desired level!

A homeowner in Holmdel, New Jersey had an uneven concrete walkway in their front yard. The homeowners contacted Quality 1st for a solution. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam was injected into the concrete in order to raise it. Small holes are drilled into the concrete and the polyurethane foam is injected. Within 30 minutes, the foam starts to work and lift the concrete back to its original position. No more gaps in this walkway! 

To fix the sinking slabs around this pool area, we lifted the concrete using PolyLevel Technology. PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab to fill the void between the slab and the soil.
