The sidewalk area on the side of this home located in Wayne, NJ had settled creating small trip hazards. We raised the sinking slabs with PolyLevel, a lightweight, waterproofing foam that lifts, levels and permanently stabilizes the concrete slabs.
This customer found the concrete sidewalk slabs to be sinking and settling such that trip hazards developed at the joints. Quality 1st Basement's poly level crew led by Nick Boldman injected PolyLevel foam through dime-sized holes to bring the slabs back up and prevent future soil washout beneath them.
