The process was very easy to accomplish. Frequent updates and scheduling proved to be on point. The installers took the time to explain the process and were professional. 

I recently purchased a home in Wolfeboro, NH and the garage concrete floor required reinforcement as it was compromised. I contacted Erickson through a referral, and Jason assessed and presented a proposal for the work. He took the time to explain the most feasible and cost effective option. Tyler and Nigel came to do the job, and they were highly professional and explained every step throughout the process. They even encouraged me to watch them during each step and ask any questions I had - which was greatly appreciated. I live in North Hampton, NH, I had sections of my pool deck raised back to the original height along with several cracks in the deck repaired. The two technicians that came were very professional, explained what they were doing, and had me check their work after they were done. Erickson installed a perimeter trench in our basement, as well a vertical drain under our basement window well. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The also redid our window well with new rocks and back and cover. It looks beautiful and is a huge improvement from what we previously had. I highly recommend this company to others, they are professional and very skilled in their work.
