Four months ago we had Erickson completely replace a 100-yr old foundation, and it was the best experience I've ever had working with a contractor. Everyone did what they said they would, on time, and well. John diagnosed and presented the solution well, Nathan was a competent no-drama project manager, and Joe the mason and his crew were exceptional, working fast and well to replace the foundation and (better than expected) clean up afterwards. A failing unsupported retaining wall and garage foundation wall were replaced and supported, respectively, with Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The complicated, multi-faceted project was done in an orderly and efficient manner. The work site was cleaned up nicely at the conclusion of the work. The project work crew was conscientious, friendly, and polite. They worked extremely hard under conditions of excessive heat and humidity. Daily end-of-day reviews and plans for the following day at the site with the crew supervisor Nick were especially appreciated.

Great job from start to finish from all at Erickson. You fixed the problem at a reasonable cost, where other contractors would only demo the entire wall and rebuild it, involving a lot more work and more money.
