This homeowner in Goffstown, New Hampshire had experienced water pooling in their basement after heavy rain. The homeowner would like to waterproof the walls and eliminate the pooling water in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Jason Vachon inspected the basement. He confirmed that the water is coming through the walls. Jason recommended installing CleanSpace, Water Guard, Freeze Guard, and a Super Sump.

Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage and SmartSump sump pump to waterproof the crawl space. WaterGuard captures water along the border of the crawl space where the walls and floor meet and deliver water to the sump pump. The sump pump removes water out of the home through an exterior discharge line.
This waterproofing system keeps the crawl space dry all the time, ensuring the safety of the homeowner's storage space.
