Power Surge Burned Out SaniDry Plug, Stowe, MA
Our team was called out to a home in Stow, Massachusetts to find a solution to a burnt-out SaniDry plug. The homeowner called EFS to book a service call with one of our Service Technicians. Our Service Tech Justin came out to the home and proceeded to address the plug on the SaniDry.
Justin found the plug of the SaniDry was plugged into a surge-protected power strip which must have shorted because it was charred when Justin showed up. Justin brought an extra power cord that works with the SaniDry and rerouted the power to a different outlet because the old plug needed to be repaired.
Replacing Old Sump with TripleSafe, Stow, MA
A homeowner in Stow, Massachusetts, reached out to us at EFS after their basement flooded on Christmas Eve. Our Design Specialist Justin recommended replacing their old sump pump with a TripleSafe.

Water Entering Basement Causing it to Smell, Hollis, NH
This homeowner in Hollis, New Hampshire had purchased their 1830s home a couple of months ago. During the home inspection, they noticed an odor in the basement. More recently they found out that the odor in the basement is because of water entering the basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed an Auxilary wall, 109 ft of Water Guard, 2 Super Sumps, and a Sani Dry into the basement.

A home in Hollis, New Hampshire had water entering their finished basement during times of heavy rains or melting snow. The basement was used for kitchen storage and the homeowner had seen as much as 4" of water in their basement at one time.
