Over the years, the concrete deck surrounding this inground pool in Dunbarton, NH had settled and caused cracks to form. There were uneven areas throughout the surface, and the homeowner was looking for a contractor to fix it up for them.
Our concrete repair team used slab jacks and PolyLevel, to lift, level, and stabilize the areas of concern throughout the pool deck. Some of the voids were 3 inches, which were completely filled and successfully lifted the cracked and sunken slab. The cracks and joints will then be sealed to add further protection against water and settlement concerns.
The concrete apron leading to a raised garage floor was cracked at the mid point and sunk about 2-3in on one side. The slab is 8 feet long and 18 ft wide with a slope up of 1ft from the gravel drive to the wooden garage floor. The slab is cracked and sunken on the left half, which has been undermined by poor drainage from the adjoining barn.
