The soil under this sidewalk settled on one side, causing it to sink and eventually crack. There was a 1" height difference between the two sides. Our PolyLEVEL system leveled the sidewalk and created a safe walkway once again.
The concrete surface of this deck around this inground pool in Mont Vernon was full of cracks, discoloration, and trip hazards. The homeowner initially contacted our team to learn about solutions for lifting and leveling the uneven concrete. However, while hearing about our options, they decided to also resurface the concrete deck to make it look more vibrant.
Our installation crew first lifted and leveled the uneven surfaces as needed. They then sealed all cracks with NexusPro before applying DecoShield. Our DecoShield product not only seals and protects the concrete against water damage, but also applies a tint to make the concrete look new again. The results were fantastic, and this aged pool deck not only is safer now, but also looks much better.
A homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts was preparing to sell his home. In order to protect the value of the home, he wanted to repair cracks in his foundation. These cracks had been present when he purchased the home 11 years ago but have been worsening much more in recent years. He reached out to our Erickson team for a permanent solution.
Mark Proctor, one of our Design Specialists, went out to conduct a free inspection on the home. He recommended installing PolyLevel injection foam and NexusPro crack and joint sealant. The PolyLevel foam is injected underneath the concrete to fill voids which cause sinking, thus lifting and leveling the concrete. Once the concrete is leveled, NexusPro sealant is injected into the cracks. This product is engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions, which means no cracking, drying, or bubbling.
One the job is finished, a long-lasting foundation floor is created. This homeowner can now sell his home knowing its value is protected.
A homeowner in Attleboro, Massachusetts has been living with a sunken driveway since he purchased the home in 2005. Over time, settling caused the problem to worsen. Looking to lift and level the concrete, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist recommended using PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. This polyurethane foam is injected underneath the slabs to fill voids between the soil and concrete. After raising and leveling the concrete, NexusPro was used to seal the joints. NexusPro is the superior sealant due to its resistance to UV rays, preventing drying and bubbling. With the joints and cracks sealed, water is unable to get underneath the concrete, which can cause shifting and further cracking.
The homeowner was shocked that the concrete in his driveway rose up 3 inches. His driveway will now be permanently stabilized and level.
